June 1995:

  • Stormwater Public Rule Complete (PUT 8-7 [PR] KCC 9.08)
  • Lake Management District Formation Vote Authorized (Ordinance 11877)

August 1995:

  • Lake Management District Vote (12,940 yes, 7630 no)
  • Lake Management District No. 1 Created (Ordinance 11956)

April 1996:

  • Special Assessment Roll Approved for Lake Management District No. 1 and guidelines for Advisory Board Nominees Established (Ordinance 12209)
  • USEPA Phase II Citizen Monitoring Program Grant Awarded

September 1996:

  • Advisory Board Appointed (Motions 96-661, 96-662, 96-675, 96-676, 96-677, and 96-713)
  • First Meeting of Advisory Board Held, 1996-97 Comprehensive Monitoring Program Initiated.

December 1996:
