Waves are organized based on gender & age except for the Clydesdale, Athena, Family & Friends waves. Teams are all in one wave.
Entry Fees are non-refundable and inlude a Finisher's Medal and a 100% cotton T-Shirt (no size guarantee after August 1sh)
Awards Medals are presented to 1st -3rd Place finishers in all Divisions except for F&F. The Elite Division is included in the Individual Division for Awards.
